A Biennial HUE Mural Festival celebrating Houston’s diverse arts community. The festival will feature artists from around the world, transforming Houston’s cityscape from concrete to color.

Artists will have approximately 190 hours to create their designs using various forms of tools, techniques, and styles of mural art including graffiti, muralism, paintbrush work, airbrush, roller brush, wheat paste, and stencil.

HUE attendees are encouraged to experience the art-in-progress through either daily guided or self-guided tours, utilizing the printed map or guided mural tours. Throughout the festival, visitors can also enjoy artist vendors, live demos, and tastes of our Houston's finest posted up at the mural locations.  HUE has captured the attention of over 250 artists worldwide who applied to be a part of the first HUE Biennial and a roster has already began for HUE Biennial 2021!
